Bible Study

Bible studies offers adult participants an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Scripture, as a means to experience how God reveals Himself through Scripture, and better understand the Scriptural roots of our faith tradition. Bible studies and discipleship classes are available throughout the year, two short-term studies are offered by each year during Advent and Lent.

Church Library & Book Store

The church library is open for everyone’s use. We have a fine selection of best selling fiction and non-fiction, large print books, children’s books, and DVDs.

Books may be signed out for two weeks. DVDs may be borrowed for two days if the librarian is present or the church office is open.

Winter Hours: As the church office is open.

Summer Hours: Monday & Tuesday 10am-2pm / Wednesday-Friday 10am-noon

Summer Book Store Hours are Monday & Friday 10am-noon

Library Computer

Lakeside UMC library has a computer and printer that can be used by the public (children under supervision of an adult) when the library is staffed by a volunteer. The printer is wireless and is located in the Parlor under the TV monitor.
